Hello, we are representatives of iCE FiT HOCKEY. Throughout our careers we have been very fortunate to be exposed to some of the best coaches, players and training systems offered to players today. We are extremely passionate about coaching and the development of young players.

Our goal is for every iCE FiT athlete to gain a step on the competition from one year to the next due to fun, efficient training and skill development.

iCE FiT HOCKEY was established in Ottawa, Ontario by former Toronto Maple Leafs (NHL) and Ottawa Senators (NHL) strength and conditioning coach Mark Slater.  Become an explosive skater, develop strength on the puck, drive to the net like a pro, and dominate your opponent with superior conditioning.
